Writer: Paola Loriggio wrote an article on a program that is happening in the Bronx High Schools where mentor filmmakers work with students in a program to teach them filmmaking and video blogging. The article discusses Lynn Lane's involvement in the program and his recent lecture where he shared his views on how vlogging can be an avenue for the students to gain attention for their work.

Lynn Lane was invited to write an article for the November 2005 issue of "International Documentary" Magazine by the magazine's editor: Thomas White. The focus of the November Issue was "The Docs of New York: Actuality in the Big Apple". Lynn was asked to write and article on the documentary community and scene in the borough of Queens. His article, "Queen(s) of Documentaries: in Defense of 'Hollywood East'" received much praise after is publication.
