Lynn Lane's project video blog that he created in 2005. Initially it was to be a vlog that blurred the lines of documentary filmmaking and blogging but it started to take on an urban feel from the footage that he was using during that time. "Docmaker on the Go" is an ongoing project that has earned him quite a bit of attention and festival invites. It was the predecessor of the new and soon to be launched "Vlogumentarian.com" which will deal with much broader subject matter and blur those lines of documentary filmmaking and video blogging.
Lynn Lane's myspace page is part of a large online networking community of filmmakers, festivals, distributors etc. In 2006, at the Sundance Festival, MySpace launched a new side of their already hugely successful networking platform that is specifically geared towards filmmakers.
